Nicaragua Finca La Benedición (washed)
Summary
Finca La Benedición is a single-origin specialty coffee from the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua, produced by Luis Alberto Balladárez Moncada, a fourth-generation coffee farmer. Made from the Pacamara Gigante variety, a cross of Pacas and Maragogipe, the beans are grown on farms between 1000 and 1700 meters above sea level around Jalapa and Mozonte. Washed processed and lightly roasted, it offers tasting notes of red berries, flower honey, and buttery-biscuity flavours. Recommended for espresso and milk-based drinks.
