Espresso Dark Temptation
OriginIndia, Honduras, Brazil
ProcessNatural, Washed
Summary
Espresso Dark Temptation is a blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. The washed Catuai varieties from the COMSA cooperative in La Paz, Honduras, grown at around 1600 meters, provide mildness and low acidity. Brazilian beans dried in the whole cherry (natural) contribute deep sweetness and a full body, while Indian beans add spicy notes. The espresso features creamy nougat sweetness, dark chocolate and marzipan flavours with a voluminous body.
