Summary
Dark Temptation is an espresso blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta with coffees from Honduras, Brazil and India. The Honduran component from COMSA (Café Organica Marcala) is a washed Catuai grown at 1500–1600 m in La Paz; the Brazilian component is a natural processed Catuai and Mundo Novo from Minas Gerais at 800–1100 m; the Indian component is a washed Robusta CxR from Karnataka at 850–1000 m. Flavour notes include dark chocolate, nougat and marzipan, with a creamy sweet full body and low acidity.
