Tesoro De Zumba

Summary

This coffee comes from the Zumba region in the Zamora Chinchipe province of southern Ecuador, near the border with Peru. The Tesoro de Zumba lot is produced by a group of multi-generational farming families known as 'Charapanos', who preserve old-growth Typica Mejorada and Bourbon varieties. The coffee is processed using the natural method, resulting in tasting notes of blackcurrant, strawberry, and apple. It is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
