Summary
A competition lot from Mooleh Manay Estate in Coorg, Karnataka, India, produced by Ms. G.G. Padmashree and processed experimentally by Akshay Dashrath. This is the first Indian coffee in the ICON series. The coffee undergoes a unique fermentation with four yeast strains and Lactobacillus casei, followed by a natural process. The cup is rich with fruit flavours of mulberry compote, grapes, and pear juice. Cultivar is Chandragiri (SLN 13), grown at 850-1,000 masl.
