Sourced from Franco Huaches Montalvan at Finca La Lúcuma in El Limón, Chirinos, San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru, at 1,850-1,900 masl. The coffee is the SL9 variety (also known as Inca Gesha), an Ethiopian legacy variety related to Scott Agricultural Laboratories selections. Processed using the washed method with a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation. The roast profile was designed to accentuate delicate florals and juicy citrus notes, offering flavours of orange blossom, tangerine, and honey.
