Omniroast Blue
Summary
Omniroast Blue is a blend of 75% Brazilian and 25% Burundian specialty coffees. The Brazilian lot comes from Sao Silvestre farm in Cerrado Mineiro (Yellow Catuaí), the Burundian from Mubuga Washing Station (Bourbon), both naturally processed. Roasted medium for filter and espresso, it offers intense sweetness, medium-intense acidity and medium body, with aromas of rum, nuts, red fruits and orange.
