Filter Coffee Yellow
Summary
A light-roast Costa Rican coffee from Finca Sabanilla at Las Lajas Micromill, grown in Sabanilla de Alajuela in the Central Valley at 1,400-1,600 m. The Casiopea F1 hybrid variety, a cross between Caturra and an Ethiopian landrace, is naturally processed. The cup has intense sweetness and acidity with a light body, and aromas of dried fruits, date, wine and caramel. Suited to both filter and espresso.
