A dark roasted natural Ethiopia from the Guji region, grown at 2150 MASL. Heirloom variety, processed naturally. Roasted for espresso, offering a thick, heavy body, intense sweetness, and deep roasty notes with chocolate, syrup, and blueberry flavors. Excellent in any brew method, especially immersion and espresso, and pairs well with milk.
