Brazil Legender
Summary
A sweet, smooth Brazilian coffee from the Minas Gerais region, produced by small farmers across the Machado, Poço Fundo, and Campestre micro regions. The project, led by Demilson, blends coffees that meet a shared cupping standard. Processed naturally, it offers notes of brown sugar, caramel, cashew, and cocoa with a creamy, round body. Varieties include Yellow and Red Catuai, grown at 1100 MASL.
