DOCE is a natural process coffee from Fazenda São José da Boa Vista in Sul de Minas, Brazil, grown by José Augusto Peixoto at 1250 meters. The Catuai/Catucai beans are roasted medium to develop sweet, rich undertones. Flavor notes include sweet black cherry, milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, and roasted almond. It is well balanced and full of flavor without over-roasted bitterness, suitable for auto drip or espresso brewing.
