Summary

A limited release Panama Geisha from Paradox Coffee Roasters. Grown in the Volcan region of Panama at 1500-1650 MASL. This Geisha variety was processed using the natural method - whole ripe red cherries dried on patios and raked frequently for even drying. The cup offers complex flavours of strawberries up front, balanced by cream, soft floral jasmine, the sweet acidity of nashi pear, and a gentle clean finish. Tasting notes include jasmine, strawberry, nashi pear, and tea. Roasted as a filter profile.
