This batch is a mix of Yellow, Pink, and Red fruited Liberica selections, all processed as naturals (dried in the fruit). Liberica is known for high sweetness reminiscent of artificial sweeteners or Stevia, with herbal and spicy notes uncommon in arabica, along with stewed fruit flavors. Expect mulled wine, cooked pineapple, plum, blueberry, sage, and cardamom. A unique tasting experience from one of the world's largest private coffee collections.
