The Dilla Alghe variety is a wild Ethiopian landrace originally collected in southwestern Ethiopia and later brought to Costa Rica via the USDA and CATIE germplasm collection. Processed using the honey method. The cup profile is delicate with vibrant acidity, featuring notes of melon, malt, clove, rambutan, orange, and black tea.
