Summary
Juice&Joy Blend is a blend of two specialty coffees from Colombia, combining Castillo and Caturra varieties grown at 1200-1800 meters above sea level. One component is a washed-process coffee from the Huila region, the other undergoes anaerobic fermentation with wine yeast and lychee. The sensory profile features bubblegum, lychee, coffee flower, and elderflower. Light roasted, intended for filter brewing methods such as Cold Brew, Batch Brew, and Hand Brew. SCA score: 88.

- 1.Put 1 filter in the sieve, screw it onto the base, place on the server. (rinsing with water is not needed)
- 2.Grind the coffee and pour into the Aeropress, level the coffee.
- 3.Pour 50g of water with a high stream, do a strong swirl and wait 1 minute. (1:00)
- 1:00Start pouring the rest of the water to 230g with the thickest stream possible in circular motions.
- 5.Immediately pull the Aeropress off the scale, press the plunger slightly about 1 cm and break the crust by swirling the Aeropress (hold the plunger so the pressure doesn't push it out!)
- 3:00Start pressing slowly until you hear hissing, it should take at least 40 seconds. (40 s)
