The processing includes anaerobic fermentation with wine yeast and lychee addition, natural, and washed methods. The Colombian component comes from Santa Monica farm by producer Jairo Arcila. Flavour notes include bubblegum, lychee, coffee flower, and elderflower. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. SCA score: 88. Harvest: 2025.
