Mama Mina
Summary
Single-origin Nicaraguan coffee from Mama Mina, the Mierisch family's farm within the Arenal Nature Reserve in Matagalpa, grown at 1,315-1,400 masl. The Red Pacamara variety undergoes a cold anoxic natural process, developing slowly beneath near-constant mountain fog. The cup shows rich fruit layers of wild strawberry, plum and black grape with bright lime acidity, a rich, juicy body and a lingering, boozy finish.
