Tanzania Iloma Station is a single-origin coffee from Tanzania's southern highlands, produced by Iloma AMCOS cooperative from the villages of Mufaumbo and Illomba. Grown at 1800 MASL, this Bourbon variety undergoes a dry washed process with raised-bed drying. The selection is composed of peaberries, offering a vibrant and concentrated cup. Flavour notes include plum, red apple, raw sugar, and nutmeg. Roasted to a moderate level suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score: 86.5.
