Panama Finca Deborah Gesha Washed is a single-origin coffee from Jamison Savage's renowned Finca Deborah farm in Panama. This Gesha variety coffee, harvested in April, was grown at 1650 MASL and processed using an anaerobic washed method with 36 hours of limited oxygen fermentation, followed by depulp, channel washing, and raised-bed drying. The coffee is roasted light (Agtron #127.8) on a Diedrich CR-35 roaster and suited for both filter and espresso brewing.
