It is a Gesha variety grown at 1900 MASL and processed using the anaerobic natural method, involving 36 hours of limited oxygen fermentation followed by approximately 20 days of raised-bed drying. The flavour profile features violet, chocolate bonbon, hibiscus, and creamy notes. Roasted to a light level (Agtron #129) on a Diedrich CR-35, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
