Summary
This single-origin coffee from Panama is produced by the Lamastus family on El Burro farm in the Baru National Park. Grown at 1700 MASL, this Gesha variety undergoes an Anaerobic Natural processing method with 36 hours of limited oxygen fermentation, followed by raised-bed drying. The coffee presents flavour notes of rose, raspberry, pink grapefruit, and milk chocolate. It has a moderate roast level and is suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. The coffee scored 88 on the cup score.
