This single-origin coffee from Costa Rica's Central Valley was produced by Las Lajas micro mill, run by Oscar and Francisca Chacon. It features Catuai, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties grown at 1600 MASL. The coffee is Red Honey processed and raised-bed dried, presenting tasting notes of peach, mixed berries, raw sugar, and dark chocolate. Created in collaboration with New Belgium Brewing for their La Folie Reserve coffee-infused sour ale. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods. Cupping score: 87.
