Summary

Tanzania Iloma Station is a single-origin coffee from Tanzania's southern highlands, produced by the Iloma AMCOS cooperative uniting smallholder growers from Mufaumbo and Illomba villages. The coffee is of the Bourbon variety, grown at 1800 MASL elevation. It undergoes a dry washed process: depulped, dry fermented for 24 hours, channel washed, and dried on raised beds for approximately 15 days. Roasted to a moderate (medium) level on a Diedrich CR-35 roaster. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. Flavour profile includes plum, red apple, raw sugar, and nutmeg. Cup score: 86.5.
