This delicate Gesha variety is produced in Southern Peru by the Solorzano Family (La Margarita Coffee Reserve) in the Cusco region at 1900 MASL. Processed using the dry washed method: depulped, dry fermented for 24 hours, channel washed, then dried on raised beds for 15 days. Light roast. Flavour notes of jasmine, white grape, black tea, and refined sweetness. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score of 87.5.
