Grown at 1450 MASL, this Catuai variety coffee undergoes Natural & Patio Dried processing. The cup profile offers notes of grape, cacao, pineapple, and violet. Roasted dark (Agtron #72.8) with an omniroast profile suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. It scored 87.5 on cupping.
