Filter Drip Bags - Guji Yabitu Koba G1
Summary
A Natural processed filter drip bag coffee from Guji Yabitu Koba G1, Ethiopia. Produced by hundreds of smallholder farmers in the Uraga sub-region of the Guji Zone, near the village of Koba, where coffee grows as semi-wild forest garden coffee at 2100-2350 masl in rich red volcanic soils. The Heirloom variety and slow cherry maturation yield a sweet, vibrant cup with complex notes of raisin and cherry accompanied by a smooth chocolate note.
