Summary

A washed Ethiopian filter coffee from the Siko hamlet in Uraga Woreda, Guji Zone, Oromia. Produced at the Alemayehu Sali Washing Station, the first wet mill in the Siko area, which works with around 564 smallholder farmers who handpick ripe cherries and deliver them for same-day processing. Grown at 2100–2250 masl from Heirloom varieties in semi-forest conditions with indigenous shade trees and fertile red-brown soils. Delicate and fruit-forward, with notes of fresh tangerine and ripe stonefruit and floral notes in both aroma and finish.
