Rwanda Muhororo Natural
Summary
Single-origin specialty coffee from the Nyamasheke region of Rwanda. Over 200 farming families bring freshly harvested Red Bourbon cherries to Muhororo Washing Station. The coffee is naturally processed: pulped, gently fermented for 12–14 hours, and sun-dried on raised beds for 12–15 days. Grown at 1650 masl. Offers a clean, vibrant profile with notes of winey, plum, and cocoa, along with ripe peach, sweet caramel, and a gentle touch of cinnamon. The Muhororo station invests in the community through tree distribution programs, sustainable farming training, and local healthcare and childcare initiatives.
