Rwanda Gasharu Natural is a coffee from the Gasharu plantations located near Nyungwe National Park in Rwanda's Western Province. Grown at 1,600–2,100 meters altitude, this Red Bourbon variety undergoes natural processing. Cherries are carefully hand-sorted and floated to remove defects, then dried on elevated African beds for 25–30 days, concentrating their flavors. The cup profile features honey, red grape, and strawberry notes with complex acidity and aromatics enhanced by the high altitude.
