A natural processed coffee from Rwanda's Western Province, grown on the Gasharu plantations near Nyungwe National Park at 1,600–2,100 meters altitude. The Red Bourbon variety cherries are hand-sorted, floated to remove defects, and dried on elevated African beds for 25–30 days. The coffee offers a juicy, fruit-forward profile with notes of honey, red grape, and strawberry, with complex acidity and aromatics enhanced by the high altitude.
