A natural processed single-origin coffee from Finca Santoli in Teocelo, Veracruz, Mexico. Produced by third-generation farmer Hilder Eugenio Lara Hernández and the Lara Hernández family. The coffee is of the Anacafe 14 variety, which was entered into the national Cup of Excellence competition where it scored 87 points. The flavour profile features cherry, apple, and kiwi with juicy acidity and medium body. Suitable for both filter methods (V60, Aeropress) and espresso.
