Four Leftys

Summary

Four Leftys is Novo Coffee's original house blend, created in 2005. It began as a blend of washed coffees from four pioneering Panamanian producers: Finca Hartmann, Cafe de Eleta, Bambito Estate, and Los Lajones. Over the years, the blend has evolved to include other origins but generally features washed coffees from the Americas. With a slightly more developed roast profile, it offers a nutty, dark chocolate, full-bodied cup with medium acidity, suitable for drip and various brew methods.
