Summary

The Lillehammer Blend is Nordkapp Coffee's darkest roast, inspired by Italian espresso tradition. This blend combines coffees from Brazil and Indonesia, sourced through transparent and fair trade practices via This Side Up. The coffee is dark roasted to approximately 220°C until nearly second crack, resulting in a full-bodied, firm, and creamy flavour with a spicy character. It is available as whole beans or ground in various grind sizes, designed for espresso preparation.
