A natural anaerobic processed Arabica coffee from the Planadas region of Tolima, Colombia, grown by indigenous producers at 1600-2000 meters above sea level. Varieties include Colombia, Pacamara, Caturra, Bourbon, and Geisha. The cherries are fermented for 24 hours and dried mechanically. Flavour notes include raspberry, cherry, grape, clove, honey, winey, milky, and cocoa bean. Recommended for filter brewing.
