El Cambalache Natural
Summary
Naturally processed Maracaturra from Finca El Cambalache in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, grown at 1300 m by producer Samuel Zavala. Maracaturra is a natural hybrid of Maragogipe and Caturra, known for its large beans. The natural process dries whole ripe cherries in the sun, bringing pronounced fruitiness and sweetness. In the cup it opens with juicy red apple, a rum undertone and sweet sugarcane, with a full body, higher acidity and a long fermented finish.
