Single-origin organic coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by smallholder farmers and processed at the Chelbesa washing station. Grown at 1,925–2,300 masl, it comprises the Wolisho and Dega varieties and is washed. The filter roast offers flavours of berries, black tea, a creamy mouthfeel and a dark chocolate aftertaste.
