Single-origin organic coffee from Brazil. Grown by Fazendas Dutra in Matas de Minas, São João do Manhuaçu, Minas Gerais, at 1,000–1,200 masl. Produced from the Red Catuai variety with natural sun-dried processing. The cup is full-bodied with notes of pecan, brown sugar and dark chocolate. The family farm, active since the 1950s, focuses on regenerative and sustainable farming and was named Brazil's second most sustainable farm in 2024.
