Summary
This is the first harvest of Java variety from Diofanor Ruiz's La Divisa farm in Buenavista, Colombia. The coffee was selectively hand-picked, sorted, and fermented whole for 45 hours, then slowly dried for 10-15 days. It offers notes of mango, grape Starburst, lychee, and rose. Grown at 1,950 meters.
