Summary
This coffee comes from the Keramo station in the Sidama Bensa region of Ethiopia, operating within the Daye Bensa cooperative. Established in 2019, the station gained recognition by winning the Cup of Excellence in 2020. Located in the Bombe mountain area at 2260-2360 meters altitude, producers selectively harvest only ripe red cherries. The coffee is processed using natural and anaerobic methods, with African bed drying for 14-18 days. Varieties include JARC 74112 and local cultivated varieties.
