Cascara from Costa Rica, grown at Hacienda Sonora at 1,200-1,300 m. Cascara is the dried skin and pulp of the coffee cherry, naturally processed, containing less caffeine than coffee and tasting more like a fruit tea. Flavour profile of cranberries, plums and dried apples. Prepare hot or cold, with lemon and honey; avoid boiling water as it makes the cascara bitter.
