Peru - El Cedrillo
Summary
Single-origin Peruvian coffee from El Cedrillo, grown at 1,800-1,850 m and produced by Osmer, who began coffee farming in 2019. Caturra and Bourbon varieties are selectively hand-picked, floated, fermented 72 hours, pulped, fermented a further 96 hours, washed three times and dried slowly on raised beds in greenhouses for 15-20 days. Fully washed and roasted medium, it offers brown sugar, orange and caramel — sweet and rounded black, deeper and softer with milk. Versatile across brew methods.
