The Saffron Soul is a specialty coffee from India's Chikmagalur region, grown on the Karadykan Estate at 900–1100 meters above sea level. It is a 100% Indian Robusta coffee. The processing is washed with double fermentation, resulting in a clean, soft, and balanced cup. Flavour notes include chocolate, nut, and spicy tones with earthy and nutty notes, fine cocoa, roasted peanut, and slightly woody, spicy undertones. It features a silky texture and surprisingly soft body with a long, soothing finish. Recommended for espresso preparation.
