Rwanda Coproca
Summary
This coffee comes from the Nyamasheke district of Rwanda's Western Province, grown by 603 smallholder farmers at 1800m elevation on volcanic soils. The Red Bourbon variety undergoes a meticulous dry (natural) processing method with 35-40 days of shaded drying on raised beds. Certified by Rainforest Alliance and C.A.F.E. Practices, this lot delivers a complex cup with notes of black currant, sour cherry, and lemon. The project supports local school renovations and sustainable farming practices.
