Summary

Peach Blend is a 50/50 blend of two coffees: a honey-processed, peach co-fermented Pink Bourbon from Jairo Arcila at Santa Mónica in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, and a Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda Pantano in Brazil. The Colombian component undergoes a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks with fresh peaches and wine yeast, followed by honey processing where the mucilage is left intact during drying. Flavours include ripe peach and orange-blossom honey.
