Makákó Kávégyár is a Hungarian specialty coffee roaster, founded in 2017 and based between Szarvaskő and Eger, where they run their own cafes. From the start they stepped out of line—rejecting the quick-profit, fast-ROI playbook for something far more intentional. All beans are 100% arabica single origins from top-tier plantations, roasted on a world-class Giesen. The lineup spans India Moonsooned Malabar AA, Brazil Yellow Bourbon, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, and limited releases like Papua New Guinea Sigri.
