Madmum Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Leuven, Belgium, where founder Pieter and his team roast fresh every week in their city roastery. They travel for unique single-origin beans, working with producers committed to sustainable and ethical farming—an approach that fits their philosophy of taking care of everyone from farmer to visitor. Alongside their rotating lineup of coffees (including limited microlots), they run coffee bars in Leuven and Mechelen, offer barista workshops through Madmum Labs, and even can their own nitro cold brew for on-the-go drinking. Small-batch, community-minded, and always freshly roasted.
