This single-origin coffee comes from the Daterra farm in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The farm is known for sustainable practices and was the first in Brazil to receive Rainforest Alliance certification. Grown at 1150 meters altitude, the coffee features Acaia and Mundo Novo varieties, processed using the pulped natural method. The cup profile offers notes of chocolate, yellow fruit, walnut, nuttiness, and mild citrus. The roast profile is designed for espresso.
