A soft and juicy filter coffee from Indonesia, Java, Sindoro. The most prominent flavour is the fleshy sweetness of mandarin, with a finish of chocolate and ginger. It has low acidity, but just enough to keep it interesting as it cools. Processed with the Natural Hydro method, varieties include Kartika, Lini, and Sigararutang. Grown at 1600-1800 meters above sea level.
