Indonesië, Java, Sindoro, Espresso
Summary
A chocolatey coffee with fruity notes, creamy with sweet pineapple and a spicy ginger finish. The Kartika variety (also called Catuai) offers almond and chocolate flavors, while the Lini variety, genetically related to Liberica, adds body and fuller mouthfeel. Beans are fermented with Intenso yeast to enhance creamy texture and sweetness. Grown at 1600-1800 meters above sea level on Java's Sindoro mountain, processed using Natural Hydro method.
