Cafè Cortals is a specialty coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by a cooperative of over 3,000 coffee-growing families in central Huila. The beans are selectively hand-picked and processed using a traditional washed method with aerobic fermentation. The coffee is carefully selected by young growers trained to complement their inherited family knowledge.
